Possible Concerns

  • Unintended Consequences- such as a diet intended to help you gain weight while lifting weights may add the extra pounds in undesired places
  • Strictness- of these diets can be too restrictive for some particularly for extreme or very ambitious goals
  • Variety- can be problematic depending on the goal being sought
