Drink Water and Feel Fuller

It is not uncommon for dieters to have trouble staying on a diet if it provides a significantly less food than they are accustomed to.  While this effect is often temporary and will diminish as the diet progresses and the human body adapts some people are unable to stay on a plan long enough.

One trick that individuals with constant hunger have reported success with is by drinking more water.  It is important to drink water throughout the day to stay properly hydrated but an added benefit is that is may make you feel fuller on less food.

The way in which your body determines how hungry it is is a complex process that depends on many different factors and is unique for all people.  However the amount of food or liquid in your stomach and digestive system has been proven to play a significant role.  Water has no calories and when consumed within reason can provide only healthy benefits By consuming additional water during the day your body many not realize that you have cut your food intake significantly.
